Hi there! I’m April, and I’m thrilled you’ve found your way to Exploration Squared.
My fascination with the natural world started long before I can remember. Whether I was catching frogs in the creek or watching documentaries about African wildlife, I’ve always been captivated by the incredible diversity of life on our planet.
This passion led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, where I deepened my understanding of animal science and our relationship with the natural world. I continued my education with master’s degree work in large animal reproduction, giving me unique insights into the biological wonders of wildlife and the intricate systems that keep animal populations thriving.
Today, I’m fortunate to call Southern California home, where I’m surrounded by diverse ecosystems—from coastal habitats to desert landscapes and mountain ranges. When I’m not researching fascinating animal facts to share with you, you’ll find me hiking local trails, exploring tide pools, or simply enjoying the great outdoors.
Why Exploration Squared?
I created this space to share my enthusiasm for wild animals and nature with curious minds like yours. Whether you’re a fellow animal lover, a student working on a project, or simply someone who enjoys learning about the natural world, my goal is to make wildlife facts accessible, accurate, and absolutely fascinating.
Through Exploration Squared, I aim to spark curiosity, deepen appreciation for biodiversity, and remind us all of the incredible planet we share with millions of other species.
Thanks for joining me on this journey of discovery!
